  1. Great podcast! One of my favorite horror collections is “Beachside Entries / Specific Ghosts” by Peter Weltner. The first half confronts the trauma of AIDS. The second half presents several short ghost stories about men haunted by loss. Spectral presences hover throughout both halves, creating a deeply moving experience reminiscent of Shirley Jackson and Mary Wilkens Freeman.
